If you do not see the router on the boat then request to see the router to determine the manufacturer, and then verify whether the router is approved for use in your home country or USA. If the router is banned in the USA then the router is not data safe to connect to Wi-Fi on the boat.

[Note: The router on the boat may not be secure? To determine whether your router is secure check the manufacturer of the router and verify that the manufacturer is not banned in the USA or your home country.  If the manufacturer is banned in the USA or home country then the router is not data safe to access the internet with Wi-Fi on the boat!]

Yes: WiFi 6 and WiFi 7 have backwards compatibility with earlier WiFi devices. [Note: You may not experience the same level of speeds as newer devices].

Bookings must be cancelled fourteen (14) days in advance to receive a full refund.

During the check-out process a list of available routers are shown, simply click “Book” to select each router you require, and on the last router, click “Book Confirmation” and then you will be directed to complete details for payment to complete the processing of your booking.

Please enter any requests specifically concerning your booking in the “Notes” section area when completing the details for your booking. 

Your router is delivered to you at the time you specify when you complete your booking check-out. In addition, the router will be picked up at the time specified at check-out to complete your booking. [Note: Delivery and pick-up times must be between 8AM – 5PM].

In the event that there is a problem with the router, you can telephone the service number or e-mail provided on the delivery of your router. Our technical team will respond as soonest as possible with a resolution or if required, a replacement of your router. [Note: Replacement times of the router will be dependent on third party scheduled services. Any extraordinary delays will be compensated with appropriate refunds for lack of service]. 

At this time, our routers currently only operate in the Virgin Islands (British), Leeward and Windward Islands where there is only 4G LTE Service.
